Every collectible item we receive is fully insured for its auction value, this also applies to any international shipping after the conclusion of an auction.

Seller: No fees

Buyer:

• 15% Buyer’s Premium added to the auctioned value 
• 1% of auctioned value for fully insured shipping

Our auctions start weekly every Sunday at 20:00 CET (Central European Time).

Unpaid items will be legally penalized, a collection agency will legally assist us in collecting any payments.

Items that are ended without bids will be relisted automatically in the following auction week.

As soon as a bid is placed for an item within the last 20 seconds before the end of the said auction, the auction will be extended recurrently for another 20 seconds. This happens until no further bid is placed within the extension.

No, any kind of artificial high bidding (“shillbidding”) of an item for maximum profit exploitation is strictly prohibited and legally prosecuted. A debt collection company will legally assist us in collecting any payments.

Our auctions start weekly every Sunday at 20:00 CET (Central European Time). All items that have reached us by Friday will be listed on the following Sunday.

An auction can be canceled up to 72 hours before the start of the auction by notifying us. Once an auction is live, it cannot be cancelled.

Purchased items must be paid for within 7 business days.

As soon as we have received and registered your submission, you will find your submitted items including status in the customer account under the item “submissions”.

After receipt of payment and arrival of the delivery at the buyer, the 14-day withdrawal period is awaited. If this has elapsed and the buyer has not withdrawn from the purchase, withdrawals will be authorized within 14 days to your connected Stripe Account. Go to the payouts tab in the account menu and check your Stripe dashboard. There you can withdraw your funds to your bank account.
